Wellbeing Services County of Lapland
The Wellbeing Services County of Lapland will be responsible for organising Lapland’s public health care, social welfare and rescue services starting from 1.1.2023.
The services will be transferred from the municipalities and joint municipal authorities to the wellbeing services counties, in order for the residents to obtain more equal access to health care and social welfare services than in the past, as well as rescue services throughout Finland.
